September 3, 1969, recorded September 4, 1969, in Liber 6617 C/p 04 made ''oy

ber Cassidy Lane, Arshamomaque, New York, respectively, ,,.,
party of the first part,and ALBERT W. ALBERTSON, residing oNHorton's Lane,
Southold, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, and
ALFRED S. PFEIL, residing at (no number) Bridge Lane, Nassau Point,
Cutchogue, Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York,

�j WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of ten dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the h,:irs

BEGINNING at a point at the intersection of the southerly line of N.w. l
Road with the westerly line of Locust Lane ; and
Running thence along the said westerly line of Locust Lane South 22
degrees, 21 minutes, 20 seconds East 129. 79 feet to land of Lugey;
Running thence along said land of Lucey South 75 degrees, 42 mintates,
West 111. 69 feet to land of Albertson & Pfeil;
Running thence along said land of Albertson and Pfeil North 15 degrEes,
51 minutes West 145. 60 feet to the southerly line of Main Road;
Running thence along the said southerly line of Main Road North 85 c,o-
grees, 37 minutes East 98. 92 feet to the corner at the place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to Bridget
Furey by Fanny M. Griffing by deed dated March 4, 1892 and recorded in the
Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County in Liber 363 of Deeds at Page 479 on
March 4, 1892.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the centerlines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.

written.
