and being twenty-five (25) feet in width throughout and being more
particularly described below, and which right of way shall not be
j extended or expanded to provide access to the rear of lots fronting
on the Main Road and shall provide access for the three lots only
jas shown on that certain map by Roderick Van Tuyl, as above referred
to, which right of way, however, is subject to divestment under the
terms, and conditions of an agreement between John Simicich, Jr. and

and all subsequent grantees or successors in interest shall execute
it the"deed 'of conveyance thereby signifying their acceptance of the

feet to a point;
THENCE RUNNING South 80 degrees 34 minutes 00 seconds West 25.00 feet;
'I THENCE RUNNING in a southerly direction 660.00 feet along the line
drawn parallel to the line first above described (North 9 degrees
26 minutes 00 seconds West) and distant therefrom 25.00 feet
j throughout to the northerly side of Main Road;
THENCE North 82 degrees 04 minutes 30 seconds East 25.00 feet
II to the point or place of BEGINNING.
The deed to Parcel #1 as shown on a certain map of premises entitled
Map of Property- Surveyed for John Simicich at Southold, as surveyed
Ij by Roderick Van Tuyl, P.C. July 1, 1974, amended February 3, 1975,
shall also include the following agreement to be subscribed to by the
grantee of said parcel;
i,. The vehicular access to Parcel #1 (The above described parcel) shall
be restricted to the right of way thereby creating only a single
driveway access point on the Main Road for all three lots.
THIS conveyance is made in the regular course of business and does
not constitute a sale of all or substantially all of the assets of
East Islander Homes, Inc.
