Zischka, herebelow affixes her signature to this instrument evidencing her agreement to assume and pay the existing first mortgage on the premises described herein which was made to the Southold Savings Bank by Walter Rauch and Doris Rauch, his wife, the grantors herein, dated November 21, 1964 and recorded November 23, 1964 in the Suffolk County Clerk ' s Office in Liber 4529 at page 97, and mortgage dated December 22 , 1972, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on January 9, 1973 in Liber 6604 at page 268, which mortgage contained a statement consolidating it with the mortgage first mentioned to form a single valid first lien on the premises, on which the present remaining principal balance is ,I $19, 019,42, with interest paid to February 11, 1976.
