Located: 1700 Cedar Point Dr. East, Southold. SCTM#92-1-3 The proposed action has been reviewed to Chapter 95, Waterfront Consistency Review of the Town of Southold Town Code and the Local Waterfront Revitalization Program (LWRP) Policy Standards. Based upon the information provided on the LWRP Consistency Assessment Form submitted to this department, as well as the records available to me, it is my recommendation that the proposed action is generally CONSISTENT with the Policy Standards and therefore is CONSISTENT with the LWRP provided that the following standard best management practices are implemented. 1. Require erosion and sediment controls (haybales, silt fencing) to protect the wetland system during construction and final grading. 2. Require water quality protection measures for the emptying of the pool. Prohibit any discharge of pool water directly into the wetland. Pursuant to Chapter 95, the Board of Trustees shall consider this recommendation in preparing its written determination regarding the consistency of the proposed action.
