We hereby request an extension. As you recall this parcel was subdivided and the northerly lot was sold to the Town of Southold. The subdivision was approved in September 2007, nine months after you issued your approval. The applicant is ready to start construction of the house and demolition of the commercial structure. The design of the house is being prepared and the footprint of the house will change. The proposed house is moving further back from the edge of wetlands. The Trustees permit had a setback of 75 feet, the proposed is increased to 90 feet with the same overall square footage. All other conditions from the previous permit remain the same. Enclosed please find my check in the amount of $50.00 for the extension and $50.00 for an administrative permit to amend house plan. cc: FITF, LLC Very truly yours, Patricia C.
