Norman H. Lyon dated September 4, 2002 and recorded in thc Suffolk County Clerk's Office on September
20, 2002 at Liber 12210, page 92.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of thc pat~ oftbe first part in and to any streets and
