8CHEDULE A
COVENANTS AND RESTRICTIONS
1. No buildings other than one private dwelling for the use and
occupancy of nne family with attached garage shall be erected on
enid lot. An~ dwellin~ erected thereon shall cost not less than
$18,000.00.'
2.' The premises shall'not be used for the manufacture or sale
of merchandise of goods of any kind or for ar~ trade or business
whatsoever or for the display of an~ advertising or commercial
signs.
