ofthe Clerk of the County of Suffolk on November 30, 1964 as Map No. 4210.
SUBJECT TO covenants, easement and restrictions of record.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as was conveyed to gte party of the first part by Deed
dated 1~1/67 and recorded in the Office ofthe Clerk ofgte County of Suffolk on 12.r26/67 in Liber 6278,
page 58.
The within described real property is not encumbered by a credit line mortgage.
