McCaffery now or formerly of R. Scott: THENCE South 72 degrees 09 minutes 30 seconds West along the last mentioned land 249.93 feet to land now or formerly of Walter F. Rowland; THENCE North 27 degrees 19 minutes 00 seconds Wesi along the last mentioned land 86.82 feet to land now or formerly of Alexander and Frances Zelinski; THENCE North 72 deg~es 17 minutes 10 seconds East along the last mentioned land 247.67 feet to the southwesterly side of Alvah's Lane; THENCE South 28 degrees 50 minutes 00 seconds East along the southwesterly side of Alvah's Lane 86.67 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE part of the same premises conveyed to the party of the first part by deed dated 8/2703, recorded 10/9/03 in Liber 12277 page 82. TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises. TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
