valuable consideration paid by the Grantee, does hereby grant und release unto the Grantee, the heirs or

situate, lying and being in the Town of 5outhold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and
described as follows on Schedule "A" attached hereto end made a part hereof.

BEING the same premises conveyed to the Grantor herein by Deed dated August 21, 1999 and recorded
in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 27, 2000 in Book 12058 of Deeds at Page 616.
THIS conveyance is made in the day-to-day business oftbe Grantor end does not constitute a transfer
of all or substantially all of the assets of the Grantor.
TOGETHER with all right, title end interest, if eny, of the Grantor in and to any streets and roads
abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof, TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all
the estate and rights of the Grantor in and to seid premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein
granted unto the Grantee, the helm or successors and assigns of the Grantee forever.
AND the Grantor covenants that th~ Grantor has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises
have bccn encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the Gnmtor, in compliance with Section 13 of the Licn Law, covenants that the Grantor will
rcecivc the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying thc cost of the improvement and will apply the same fu'st to the
paymem oftbe cost of thc improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
