County. New York. bounded northady by the Main South Road about four rads; easterly by lands
of John W. Cardngton; southerly by the meadow late of Melvina P. Moore about 7 rods and
westerly by other lands late of Melvina P. Moorc.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the party oftha first pan
by deed dated 11/2=2/99 and recorded on 12/3/91 in Liher 11379. page 514.
TOGETHER wilh all fight, title and inter, st. if any. of the party of the first part in and to any
streets and roads abutting thc above described premises m thc center lines thereof,

in and to said premises.
