an undivided I/2 interest;
party of the first part, and
SOUTH BROWN LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY
party of the second part,
WITNF.,SSETH, that the pa~ty of the first part, in consideration of Ten Dollars and
other valuable consideration paid by the ~ of the second part, does hereby remise,
release and quitclaim unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and
assigns of the party of the second part forever.
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land. with buildings and impmvemants
thereon erected, situate, lying and being at Orient. in the Town of Southold, County of
Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described ns follows:

Together with all right, rifle and interest, if any, of the party of the first part of, in and to
any streets and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lin~s thereof;
Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first
~art in and to said premises;
Fo have and to hold the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the
heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,
covenants that the party of the first pan will receive the consideration for this
conveyance and will hold the fight to receive such consideration as a trust fund to be
applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of improvement and will apply ~he
same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any pan of ~e
total of the same for any other purpose. The word "party" shall be conslrued as if it
read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenlare so requires.

distances, as measured along the westerly line of Narrow River Road, from a pipe
marking the division line of land of Latbam Farms on the south, and land now or

Beginning, through lands of Ruth and Reginald Tuthill and another, the following three

No. 10646A (Sheet 1 & 3 of 16 sheets). That pursuant to Section 0305 of the
Environmental C6nservatlon Law and the Eminent Domain Procedure Law. this map and
description of properly to be acquired by the People of the State of New York, are
officially filed in the office of the Environmental Conservation Department at Albany,
New York on November 28, 1989 and in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on
November 30, 1989 as Index #89-23254.

easterly line of Narrow River Road the following courses and distances:
