Please be advised that your Building Permit#27871 issued November 7th, 2001 has
expired. According to the Code of the Town of Southold, a Certificate of Occupancy
must be issued prior to use of the structure.
To renew your Building Permit, please submit a fee of$262.50 at that time we can
schedule an inspection by one of our Building Inspector's.

We must void your Building Permit since no work was done. The building code changed in 2003. When you are
ready to start construction, you must reapply with a new application and 4 sets of plans from an architect or
engineer. As of January 2007, our fees went up, so$200.00 would be your permit fee as of now.

a. This application MUST be completely filled in by typewriter or in ink and submitted to the Building Inspector with 3
sets of plans, accurate plot plan to scale.Fee according to schedule.
b.Plot plan showing location of lot and of buildings on premises,relationship to adjoining premises or public streets or
areas, and waterways.
c.The work covered by this application may not be commenced before issuance of Building Permit.
d.Upon approval of this application,the Building Inspector will issue a Building Permit to the applicant. Such a permit
shall be kept on the premises available for inspection throughout the work.
e.No building shall be occupied or used in whole or in part for any purpose what-so-ever until a Certificate of Occupancy
is issued by the Building Inspector.
