Corwin;
thence along the westerly line of land of Corwin, south 60 54' 30" east, 100.0 feet
to land of Leonard;
thence along the northerly line of land of Leonard, south 830 05' 30" west, 150.0
feet to the easterly side of Oakwood Drive;
thence along the easterly side of Oakwood Drive, north 60`54' 30" west, 100.0 feet to
be point or place of beginning.
Subject to a Mortgage held by Southold Savings Bank, dated 12116171, recorded 11121
72 in Liber 6253 mp 450, which Mortgage has been reduced to $23, 768. 05, together
with interest from 7116177, which Mortgage the grantee hereby agrees to assume and
pay.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to anstreets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof• TOGETHER with the appurtenances,
and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of decedent=s death in said premises, and also
the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power to convey'or dispose of, whether individ-
ually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto
" the party of the second part,the distributees or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
