formerly of Richard Osmer, North 83 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds
East a distance of 111.23 feet to said westerly ,line of Oakwood
Drive; 'thence along said westerly line of Oakwood Drive, South 6
degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds East a distance , of 152.28 feet to the

BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by Deed dated January 31, 1968, recorded
February 1, 1968 in Liber 6297 page 580.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center tines thereof;TOGETHER with the appurtenances

HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
