WITNESSETH,that the party of the first part,in consideration of Ten Dollars and other valuable consideration
paid by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs .
or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, pt�ece or par� cel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,
lying and being in the Township, of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, and more particularly bounded and described as follows:
DIST. BEGINNING at a point on the easterly side of Clark Road at the north
westerly corner of the premises herein described (which point is the
southwesterly corner of land now or formerly of Hertzberg) (and which
1000 point is North 20 degrees 56 minutes 10 seconds West, 297.85 feet from
the granite monument at the intersection of the northerly line of the
S17C. North Road with the easterly line of Clark Road) ;
RUNNING THENCE in a northeasterly direction along said land of
Hertzberg, North 64 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds East, 132.32 feet
135 to land now or formerly of Aurichio;
RUNNING THENCE South 20 degrees 56 minutes 10 seconds East, 125.0
BLOCK
RUNNING THENCE along other land of Margaret Dellanno, South 64
2 degrees 48 minutes 40 seconds West 132.32 feet to the easterly side
of Clark Road;
RUNNING THENCE along the easterly side of Clark Road, North 20
LOT degrees 56 minutes 10 seconds West, a distance of 125.0 feet to the
point or place of BEGINNING.

dated July 12, 1973 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on July 25, 1973 in Liber 7450 of deeds. at page 552.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party, of the first part„ incompliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first fore purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same,first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The vvord "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" when the sense of this indenture so requires
