made by Arthur W. Hahn, Jr. to Henry Metzendorf, Jr. and Dorothy C.
y^ IMetzendorf, his wife, recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office
in Liber 2768 cp 227, on October 27, 1947 in which the third course
reads, "westerly along said land of Moffat 50.16 feet" , whereas it
j should read, "westerly along said land of Moffat 150. 16 feet" . In
all other respects the said deed is confirmed as being correct.
