This conveyance is made pursuant to the declarations of covenants
and restrictions made by the parties of the first paTtt� dated June
1, 1965 and recorded in Liber 5771, Page 283 and declarations made
and dated.May 26, 1966 and recorded in Liber 5966, Page 51 and
declarations dated December 1, 1966 and recorded in Liber 6086,
Page 7 and declarations dated August 8, 1968 and recorded in Liber
6405, Page 304, all in the office of the Clerk of the County of
Suffolk, New York.
The parties of the first part reserve to themselves, their heirs,
successors and assigns the right to use in common with other owners
of property known as Harbor Lights Estates for the purpose of bath-
ing, beach activity, parking, the premises described herein.
The grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in deed
dated 2/14/64, recorded 2/18/64 in Liber 5501, cp. 199 in the office
of the Clerk of Suffolk County.
