TOGETHER with an undivided one fifty-third (1/53) interest in
LOT lands shown and designated as "Park, Recreation and Drainage Area"
on the map of Leeward Acres at Bayview, filed in the Office of the
Clerk of the County of Suffolk on June 4, 1971, as Map No. 5599.
SUBJECT to any state of facts an accurate survey may show.
SUBJECT to covenants, restrictions, reservations, utility easements
and agreements of record.
SUBJECT to a first mortgage executed by Bruce Stasiuk and Gina
Stasiuk, his wife, and Mario LaMantia and Janet LaMantia, his wife,
as mortgagors, to Leeward Acres at Bayview, Inc. , as mortgagee,
which mortgage is dated June 2, 1973 and was recorded on June 8,
1973, in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk in
Liber 7414, page 528, andwhich mortgage was duly assigned to Robert
F. Casola, by assignment dated June 26, 1973, recorded in the
Suffolk County Clerk' s Office on July 11, 1973, in Liber 6780,
page 99, and on which mortgage there is now due the sum of $1,303. 60
with interest thereon at the rate of 6% per annum from April 2, 1977.
Together with a!1 right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof; Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
l said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.
