THIS is a correction deed to correct deed dated July 7, 1977 made by
Joan Agugliaro, as Administratr of the Estate of John Agugliaro
to Stephen J. McConnell, recorge in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
on July 13, 1977 in Liber-8259 at page 118, in which the ,party of the
t second part was "Stephen J. McConnell, residing at 7250 Bayview Road,
Southold, New York", whereas it should read "Stephen J. McConnell and
Virginia H. McConnell, his wife, both residing at 7250 Bayview Road,
Southold, New York$. in all other respects the said deed is confirmed
as being correct.
