distance of 284.42 feet to an iron pipe; running thence still along lane

a distance of 93 feet to a monument and land now or formerly of
Mangravite; running thence along said last mentioned land North 69
degrees 08 minutes 00 seconds East and through a monument a distance of
287.31 feet to a 'monument on the westerly line of the said 20 foot right
of-way; running thence along the said last mentioned land and also alanc_
the westerly line of the said right-o£-way North 14 degrees - 18 minutes
N 50 seconds West a distance of 110 feet to a monument on the southerly
line of Soundview Avenue running thence along the said southerly linin
of Soundview Avenue North 73 degrees 21 minutes 30 seconds East a

TOGETHER with a right-of-way 10 feet in width over said land of
C. W. Booth, the westerly line of which is the easterly boundary line of
the premises hereinabove described and the easterly lineofwhich is _

SUBJECT to a right-of-way 10 feet in width over the easterly end
of the premises , the easterly line of which is the easterly boundary

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the.second part forever.
AND the party of the first.part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants Haat the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party” shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
