THIS conveyance is made subject to a mortgage held by the Southold
Savings Bank 'in the original principal sum of $32,900.00, now reduced
to the principal sum of $ 32, 651.18 with interest due thereon at the
rate of eight and-one-half (8 1/2%) per cent per annum from the 25th
day of March, 1978, which mortgage the grantees herein agree to
assume and pay..
The grantors herein are the same persons asthe grantees in the deed
c`t dated March 25, 1977, recorded in ,the Suffolk County Clerk' s Office
