�f WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part, in consideration of

lawful money of the United States, and other valuable consideration paid
by the party of the second part, does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that cgrtain plot;piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, situate,

--� New York, known and designated as and by the Lot # 64 on a certain map
entitled, " Map of Terry waters at Bayview, Town of Southold, Suffolk County,
�+ N.Y." and filed -in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on
December 29th, ,1958 at Map # 2901.
TOGETHER with an easement for ingress and egress over and upon
Watersedge Way, Longview Lane, and Rambler Road for their entire distance
as shown and laid out, 50 feet wide throughout, on said above.mentioned filed
map. RESERVING however to the seller the title to the land in said roads
and the right to herself, her grantees and successors in interest, to
f<_ dedicate said roads as public roads, and to grant easements therein, for the
construction and maintenance of public utilities. RESERVING also to the
( SELLER the right to change the location of said Rambler Road in any reasonable
manner.
TOGETHER with the right to use in common with other lot owners the
area known as Lot # 8 and the area adjoining next southerly thereto; to the
extent of 80 feet more or less, being the northerly 80 feet of that parcel
m, designated on said filed map as "Community Park and Beach (residents only)"
TOGETHER with the right to use in common with other lot owners
(said right being only for the benefit of the above described premises)
for bathing and recreational purposes, the southerly 300 feet, more or less,
lof the parcel designated on the above mentioned filed map as "Community Park
and Beach (residents only") . RESERVING however to the seller the right to
change the location of the northerly boundary of said part thereof above
mentioned, so as to either reduce or enlarge said recreation area, as
hereinabove provided.
SUBJECT to the restrictions set forth in a declaration made and
recorded by the seller on September 8, 1958, in the Suffolk County Clerks
