I also inspected the building foundation walls and found them to be constructed with the rebar as shown in the drawings. The rebar in the walls is not structurally required for a building of this size and thus exceeds standards specified in the Residential Code of the State of New York. I also inspected the rigid foam insulation installed on the roof and found it to be in accordance with the plans and the Residential Code of the State of New York.
