Surveyor, Riverhead, N.Y. and filed in the Suffolk County Clerk' s
Office on September 26, 1932, as Map No. 1097, bounded and described
as follows :
BEGINNING at a point on the Northerly side of Peconic Mill Lane dis-
tant 310. 16 feet Westerly from the corner formed by the intersection
of the Northerly side of Peconic Mill Lane with the Westerly side of
Sound View Avenue;
RUNNING THENCE alongthe Northerly side of Peconic Mill Lane North
77 degrees 30 minutes West 50 feet to the Easterly side of a Right
of Way to Goldsmith' s Inlet;
RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned line North 9 degrees 48 min-
utes West 95 feet to the ordinary high water mark of Goldsmith's Inlet;
RUNNING THENCE along said last mentioned line on a tie line course
South 70 degrees 12 minutes 40 seconds East 53. 14 feet to a point;
RUNNING THENCE through Lot 36 on said map the following three (3)
courses and distances:
1. South 3 degrees 39 minutes 40 seconds East, 39. 10 feet;
2. South 11 degrees 11 minutes 50 seconds East, 16. 12 feet; and
3. South 16 degrees 28 minutes 40 seconds East, 32. 96 feet to the
Northerly side of Peconic Mill Lane at the point or place of BEGINNING.

Goldsmith's Inlet in front of and adjacent to the premises to the
