150 .0 feet northerly along said westerly line from Oakwood Drive,
said point of beginning being the northeasterly corner of land of
Byrnes; from said point of beginning running along said land of Byrnes
C� and along land of the party of the first part, South 83 degrees 05
minutes 30 seconds WEst a distance of 150.0 feet; thence along said
land of the party of the first part, 2 courses, as follows:
(1) North 6 degrees 54 minutes 30 seconds West a distance of 95.50 fee
thence (2) North 83 degrees 05 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of
150.0 feet to said westerly line of North Bayview Road; thence along
said westerly line of North Bayview Road, South 6 decrrees 54 minutes
30 seconds East a distance of 95. 50 feet to the point of beginning.
SUBJECT TO THE following covenants and restrictions (See Schedule
attached hereto) .
RESERVING to the party of the first part, its successors,: legal
representatives and assigns , a permanent easement over a 5 foot strip
of land adiacent to North Bayview Road and extending from the northerl
line of said premises to the southerly line for the purpose of install
tion, maintenance, repair and replacement of a well, well point, and
water pipe line below the surface of said 5 foot parcel immediately
adjacent to North Bayview Road for the purpose of providing a
potable water supply to other premises now owned or to be owned by
\ the party of the first part, its successors, legal representatives and
assigns. Subsequent to any such installation, repair or replacement
the party of the first part, its successors and assigns, shall
restore the surface of said 5 foot strip to the condition in which it
existed prior to such installation or repair work. The party of
the second part by the acceptance of this Deed covenants and agrees
that no cesspool or sewage disposal unit will be installed within
100 feet of said 5 foot strip.

party of the first part by- deed dated October 27, 1959 and
recorded at the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on January 13, 1960
in Liber 4754 page 162.
SUBJECT to a first mortgage held by Southold Savings Bank which
was in the original amount of $16 ,322. 49 dated January 30, 1964.
SUBJECT to a Second Purchase Money Mortgage held by Rodney
Quarty an the amount of $10,000.00 and dated the day of
September, - 1979 which is intended to be recorded simultaneously
herewith.
