Subsequent to any such installation, repair or replacement the party of the first part, its successors and assigns, shall restore the surface of said 5 foot strip to the condition in which it existed prior to such installation or repair work. The party of the second part by the acceptance of this Deed covenants and agrees that no cesspool or sewage disposal unit will be installed within 100 feet of said 5 foot strip.
