BEGINNING at a point on the southerly side of Cedar Beach Road,
said point being distant 175. 00 feet easterly from the intersection
of the easterly side of Community Beach with the southerly side of
Cedar Beach Road, and from said point of beginning running thence
along the southerly side of .Cedar Beach Road the following two
courses and distances :
1) South 86 degrees 05 minutes 50 seconds East 25. 00 feet;

Community Landing;
running thence South 16 degrees 08 minutes 10 seconds West along
the westerly line of Community Landing 100 feet, more or less, to

running thence southwesterly along the ordinary high water mark of
Dryad 's Basin 120 feet;
running thence northerly along the ordinary high water mark of

running thence North 54 degrees 00 minutes East 80.00 feet, more
or less, to a point on a line distant 420 feet from the point of
beginning; and
