New York, consist-ing of a strip of land 10 feet wide now used as a
roadway and extending easterly from the westerly side of land now or
formerly of Nissen and being the existing roadway reserved in` a cer-
tain deed from Frank L. Downs and others to :Donald E. Tuthill, dated
February 23, ,1950 and recorded in Liber 3049 of Deeds at page 362,

of said property said to belong to the Town of Southold and the south-
