BEGINNING at a point on the southwesterly side of a 20 foot right
of way known as Carole Road (running from the Nort' Road to Arshamomaque
Pond) distant 100 feet southerly as measured along said southwesterly side of
Carole Road from the point where the southwesterly korner of land now or
formerly of Chester Smulcheski and Elizabeth Smulclheski, ux, intersects said
southwesterly side of Carole Road; running thence north 31- 40` 50" west along
the southwesterly side of Carole Road, 50 feet; running thence north 61° 59' 10"
east 94. 50 feet to the ordinary high watermark of Old Cove (an indentation of
Arshamomaque Pond); running thence southeasterly along the ordinary high water
mark of Old Cove, 50 feet, more or less, to a point �iwhere said high water mark
of Old Cove would be intersected by a line bearing on a course of North 61° 59'
10" east and drawn from the point of beginning; run Ing thence south 61° 59' 10"
west 88. 10 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the
party of the first part by a deed made by Fred R. Bruch, as executor under the
