the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the parry of the.second part,the heirs or successors

All that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,wicimhr iarsis�k�- sax '- situate,lying and
being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, designated
as Loi No -14on a certain map entitled "Map -of Corey Creek—Estates at Bayview"
filed on August 15, 1967 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on Map No. 4923,
described as follows: --
BEGINNING at the corner formed by the intersection of the westerly side
of Corey Creek Lane with the southerly side of Corey Creek Lane;
RUNNING THENCE along the division line between Lot #14 and Lot #15
the following 2 courses and distances:
1. South 53 degrees 54 minutes 50 seconds West 55 feet;
2. South 1 degree 21 minutes West 257. 66 feet;
RUNNING THENCE South 81 degrees 27 minutes West 105 feet to the
land of St. Patrick's R. C. Church;
RUNNING THENCE North 8 degrees 33 minutes West 380 feet to Lot #13;
RUNNING THENCE North 82 degrees 47 minutes 50 seconds East 228.14
feet to the westerly side of Corey Greek Lane;
RUNNING THENCE South 8 degrees 54 minutes 50 seconds West 100 feet
to the beginning point.
Being and intended to be the same premises conveyed to the party of the
first part by deed dated April 23, 1973 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's
Office on May 8, 1973 in liber 7393 cp 569.
Together with all right,title and interest,if any,of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting
the above described premises to the center lines thereof;Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and
rights of the party of the fi rst part in and to said premises;ToHave And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the
party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party ofthe second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that-the party of the first part has not done orsuffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
And the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 53 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the first part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the rig h t to receivesuch consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first forthe purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same firstto thepayment
of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties".whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
