BEGINNING at a point formed by a monument at the intersection of
the northerly line of Clearview Avenue West with the westerly line
of Gardiner' s Lane; from said point of beginning running along said
northerly line of Clearview Avenue West, North 77 degrees 34 minutes
20 seconds West a distance of 199. 67 feet; running thence along land
of Southold Development Corporation, two courses, as follows :
(1) North 12 degrees 40 minutes 30 seconds East a distance of
108.29 feet; thence
r (2) South 77 degrees 34 minutes 20 seconds East a distance of
199.67 feet to said westerly line of Gardiner' s Lane;
running thence along said westerly line, South 12 degrees 40 minutes

Development Corporation to Richard Dors,` Jr, and Joan K. Dors, his
wife, by deed dated June 4, 1969, and recorded in the Suffolk County

And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid.

Will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the.right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
