May 4, 1956 and filed in the Suffolk County Registrar's Office on
May 16, 1956 under the Land Title Registration Law Certificate of Title
No. 33716, said deed having been filed as Document No. 63936 and
subject to the Covenants and Restrictions therein set forth.
