York, May 1, 1968 andfiled in the Office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk on the
c 9th day of October, 1968 as Map # 5187. -
Subject to covenants, easements and restrictions of record.

The premises are sold subject to the following covenant which shall run in perpetuity,
That the above two lots shall be considered as only one building parcel and no more
V than one dwelling may be constructed on the total area comprised by the two lots.
This restrictive covenant is not to be construed as prohibiting the construction of
accessory buildings and structures. The said lots may not be sold, assigned or
}t otherwise conveyed separate from the other.
\ Lot # 60 is conveyed subject to a drainage easement over the easterly ten (10) feet
for drainagecP Lots 'l and 2 which drainage easement shall include the privilege for
the owner of Lots 1 and 2 to maintain said drainage easement with the understanding

SUBJECT TO the following additional covenants and restrictions:
1. No asbestos siding shall be used on any building erected without grantors
written permission.
2. House elevations shall be approved by the irantors in writing.
3. House shall not be constructed on a slab without grantors written permission.
The grantors herein are the same persons as the grantees in deed dated
January 5, 1967 and recorded January 18, 1967 in Liber 6103 cp 105.
