Lot BEGINNING at a point on the westerly side of a Right of Way at the
Northeast corner of the herein described premises where the same is
intersected by the southerly side of land now or formerly of Boily;
said point being also 765.22 feet southerly as measured along the
ti westerly side of said Right of Way from the corner formed by the
* ar intersection of the westerly side of said Right of Way with the
southerly side of Main Bayview Road; running thence from said point

Right of Way 300 feet more or less to the ordinary high water mark of
Corey Creek; running thence in a general southerly, westerly and
southerly direction, along the ordinary, high water mark of Corey Creek
as it winds and turns 2700 feet more or less to a Basin; running

ary high water line of the Basin as it winds and turns 125 feet more

of Way at the point or place of BEGINNING.
TOGETHER with all right, title and interest of the party of the first
part, if any, to the bed of Corey=Creek and the aforementioned Basin.
BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises conveyed to the Grantor
herein by deed dated 8/31/56 and recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk'
Office on 9/7/56 in Liber 4175 cp 319.
TOGE= wi-uh all right, title and interest of the party of the first part to

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to anv streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances
and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;. TO HAVE AND TO
HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of
the party of the second part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby-the said premises have been encumbered.in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
