Road (County Road 27) [said point marking the southeasterly corner of land of George
' Santis], and from said point of beginning, running thence along the southerly line of
land of said Santis, south 61° 59' 10" west 74. 44 feet to a point; thence south 31' 40'
50" east, 127 feet, more or less, to the ordinary high water mark of Arshamomaque
Pond (Mill Creek); thence in a general easterly direction, along the ordinary high
water mark of Arshamomaque Pond, about 75 feet to land of Ruch; thence north 31°
4 43' 00" west, about 127 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.
