The grantees herein, Virginia D. Bayles and Arlene F. Fisher,
herebelow affix their signatures to this instrument evidencing
their agreement to assume and pay the existing mortgage on the '
premises described herein which was made to the Southold Savings
Bank by Lawrence Liso, Jr. and Florence Liso, his wife, dated
September 23, 1976, recorded in the Office of the Clerk of the
County of Suffolk on-September 24, 1976 in Liber 7718 at page
226, which pre.-rises were conveyed to Greenport Lumber Co., Inc.
the grantor herein, by deed dated February 6, 1979, recorded
February 6, 1979 in Liber 8579 at page 375, on which the remaining
principal balance is $24, 103 .36, with interest paid to July 12, 1979.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold-:the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties'—' whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
