Park, which have been or may hereinafter be set aside for community purposes
subject to rights, reservations, rules and regulations as set forth in the afore-

SUBJECT TO covenants and restrictions of record and as set forth in deed of
J. F. Muller Realty Company to the party of the first part dated April 1, 1931
recorded in Liber 1567, page 102, at Suffolk County Clerk's office insofar as
the same may not be in force and effect, and to the public utility easement set
forth in deed recorded in Liber 1165 cp 234.
