KIRBY, as Commissioner of Social Services of Suffolk County, having a principal office at 10 Oval Drive, Hauppauge, New York., his successors or assigns, ' party of the first part,and SALLY BALITS, residing at (no number) Soundvi.ew Avenue, Southold, New York , surviving tenant by the entirety of ANDREW BALITS, ;deceased, DISTRICT SECTION BLOCK LOT Y /J 26 a of the second.. art, $ 12 � .1 21.' p p Thirteen thousand nine hundred eleven and 16/100 ($13,911 .16) Dollars Witnesseth,that the party of the first part,inconsideration ofAdfXtUM and other valuable consideration paid by the party of the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors .and assigns of the party of the second part forever, All that certain plot,piece or parcel of land,with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situate,lying and I o n being x%Rm at Horton's Point in the Town of Southold, Suffolk County, New York, -more particularly bounded and-oe3critled as follows: BEGINNING at a point on the c-54.00 southwesterly boundary line of land of the party of the first part 197.48 feet n1 n southeasterly along said boundary line from a monument at the westerly corner of said land of the party of the first part; said southwesterly boundary being also the northeasterly line of a 20 foot Right of Way; from said point of beginning running along said land Of the party of the first part seven courses as follows:- (1) North 31 degrees 34 minutes West - 111 .88 feet; thence (2) North 38 degrees 50 minutes East - 60.70 feet; thence (3) North 37 degrees 35 minutes West 15.80 feet; thence (4) North 52 degrees 25 minutes East - 20,0 feet; thence (5) South 37 degrees 35 minutes East - 23.0 feet; thence (6) South 33 degrees 09minutes 30 seconds East - 127.16 feet; thence (7) South 13 degrees 58 minutes East - 87.78 feet to said southwestery boundary line; thence along said southwesterly boundary line, North 64 degrees 50 minutes West - 100.0 feet to the point of beginning, Containing 13,672 square feet more or less. TOGETHER with a right of way 20 feet in width from the southwesterly corner of the above described premises to the southeasterly boundary of land now or formerly of W. E. Hyatt and thence over the existing roadway to Sound View Avenue. BEING AND INTENDED TO BE the same premises as conveyed to the Party of the First VPart by deed dated December 16, 1970 and recorded in the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on April- 23,_1971 in Liber 6919 of deeds at Page 546. This deed is given by the Party of the First Part to the Party of the Second Part in redemption of public assistance granted to the Party of the Second Part by the Party of the First Part and provided by Section 106 of the Social Services Law of the State of New York. 'Z: Together with all right,title and interest,if any,of the.party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof;Together with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises;To Have And To Hold the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors.and assigns of the party of the second part forever. And the party of the fi rst part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid. And the party of the first part,ifito*i,ance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the fi rst part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the rightto receive such consideration as a trust fu nd to be applied'fi rst forthe purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same firstto the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
