N This-conveyance hereunder is subject to a certain mortgage executed by Alexander G.
Koke and Ryck A. Koke, his wife, as Mortgagors to Southold Savings Bank as Mortgagee
which Mortgage is dated June 30, 1978 and was recorded on July 10, 1978 in the Suffolk
,yf County Clerk's Office in Lips 8207 cop 259 and on which mortgage there is now due
the stun of!M9, 822 47 , with interest thereon at the rate of eight and one-half
per cent (8 1/2%) per annum from December 3Q ,1978, and that the Grantee hereby
asstmeas and covenants to pay such mortgage- and interest as part of the consideration
for this conveyance.-
