before mentioned; running thence Two hundred twenty-six and six

point of beginning; as shoran on Map made by Franklin F. Overton, C.E.
Surveyor, dated April 1918, filed in the office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County at Riverhead, New York, and attached to Deed recorded
in said Clerk' s office in Liber 968 of Deeds, page 59, on the 23rd
day of May, 1918.

TOGETHER firth all right,title and interest; it any, of the=party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center fines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of
decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate therein,which the party of the first part has or has poker
to conveyor dispose of,whether individually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever, as tenants in common (and not
as joint tenants) , with each having a 50% undivided interest in and to
said premises.
This deed is in confirmation of: (a) the disposition of said
premises to Lorraine D. Anderson and Helen M. Rust as beneficiaries
of the residuary estate under the last will and testament of
Wilhelmina Dauth, dated March 23, 1968 and admitted to probate
by the Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County on January ll, 1978 and
(b) the disclaimer executed by Helen Al. Rust on January 14, 1979
and filed in Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County on March 16, ' 1979..

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever,:except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
