WITNESSETH, that the party of the first part; by virtue of the power and authority given in and by said last
will and testament, and in consideration of less than One Hundred ($100.00) --------

ground near the top of the bank and on the easterly line of said

easterly kine of said Richmonds to a cement boundary monument; thence
running approximately north Thirty-one (31) feet, Forty-nine (49)
minutes West Seventy-one and two-tenths (71.2) feet along the
easterly line of said Richmonds to a cement boundary monument; then
running approximately north Forty-one (41) degrees, Steven (7)
minutes west, a distance of Ninety-seven and eight-tenths (97 .8)
feet to a granite monument at the northwest corner of the property
being described ;and on the southerly line of the Indian Neck Road
before mentioned; running thence Two hundred twenty-six and six-
tr, tentis (226. 6) feet along the southerly side of said ;road to the
point of beginning; as shown on Map made by Franklin F. Overton, C.E. ,
Surveyor, dated 'April 1918, filed in the office of the Clerk of
Suffolk County at' �Riverhead, New York, and attached to Deed recorded
in said Clerk's office in Liber 968 of Deeds, page 59, on the 23rd
day of May, 1918.

o TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances, and also all the estate which the said decedent had at the time of
decedent's death in said premises, and also the estate therein, which the party of the first part has or has power
to convey or dispose of,whether individually, or by virtue of said will or otherwise,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. as tenants in common (and not
as joint tenants) , with each having a 50% undivided interest in and
to said premises.
This deed is in confirmation of: (a) the disposition of said
premises to Lorraine D. Anderson and Helen M. Rust as beneficiaries
of the residuary estate under the last will and testament of
Wilhelmina Dauth, dated March 23, 1968 and admitted to probate
by the Surrogate' s Court, Suffolk County on January ll, 1979 and
(b) the disclaimer executed by Helen M. Rust on January 14, 1979
and filed in Surrogate's Court, Suffolk County on March 16, 1979 .
This deed is a correction deed intended solely to correct the
date of admission to probate of the last will and testament of
Wilhelmina Dauth set forth in that certain deed dated March 30,
1979, made by Lorraine D. Anderson and Helen M. Rust, as executrices
of the last will and testament of Wilhelmina Dauth, to Lorraine D.
Anderson in her individual capacity and Robert Rust, recorded April
5, 1979 in Liber 8606, page 305 in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk
County.

AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby
the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part;in compliance with.Section 13 of the Lien Law. covenants that the party of the
first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply,the same first to
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture _so requires.
