RUNNING THENCE along the easterly line of Nokomis Road, 125 feet to a point as the place of beginning;
THENCE North 84 degrees 21 minutes East 110 feet to a point;
THENCE South 5 degrees 45 minutes East, 115 feet to a point;
THENCE South 84 degrees 21 minutes West, 110 feet to a point in the easterly line of Nokomis Road;
THENCE North 5 degrees 45 minutes West, 115 feet by and along the eastedy line of Nokomis Road to the point or
place of BEGINNING.

ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, situate, lying and being at Laughing Water, near Southold in the Town of
Southold, County of Suffolk and State of New York, bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the westerly line of Wabasso Street distant 133 feet southerly along said westerly line from
Hiawatha's Path, from said point of beginning;
RUNNING THENCE along said westerly line of Wabasso Street, South 5 degrees 45 minutes 00 seconds East, 125
feet;
THENCE along land of the part of the first part, South 84 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds West, 110 feet;
THENCE along said land of the party of the first part and along land of the party of the second part, North 5 degrees
45 minutes 00 seconds West, 125 feet;
THENCE North 84 degrees 21 minutes 00 seconds East, 110 feet to the point or place of BEGINNING.

Together with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and roads abutting the

of the second part, the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
And the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything whereby the
sa d prem ses have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
And the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of the tirst part
will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consideration as a trust fund
to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same first to the payment of
the cost of the improvement before using any part of th~ total of the same for any other purpose.
