which resubdivision was made by l&Wis N. Waters, L. S, of Oyster Bay, ,L.I.,N.Y.,
September 2nd', 1936, and which said map- was duly filed in the office of the Clerk
of the County of Suffolk at Riverhead, New York, on the' 7th day of October, 1936
as Map, No. 1215, and which said lot is more particularly designated as and by the
lot number- Four (4) on said Re-Subdivision Map.

TOGETHER with the right to use for boating, bathing and fishing all that portion '
of beach :lying in. front of Sections A and B as shown on- a certain map made July 22nd,

of 13-C of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk, Riverhead, New York on July 1st , 1931,
as Maap Nc.., 631, in common with others who now have or may hereafter acquire rights
in the "same; subject, however, to the reasonable rules and regulationswith respect
to the use thereof which may from time to time be put into effect'.
Being, the .same ',premises conveyed to Grantor by Deed from Marjorie B. Witty and
Willf'am. L.; Bromberg dated July 22, 1952, recorded July, 30, 1952 in Liber 3411,

of the party of the second part forever. -
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has hot done orsuffered anything
wherebythe said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever, except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13-of the Lien Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration.for this conveyance and will hold.the right to.receive such'con-
sideration asa trust fund to be applied first for thepurpose of paying the cost of the improvementand will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using.any part of the total of the
same for any other purpose. -
