follows : BEGINNING at an iron pipe on the curved northerly line

said northerly line from Kenney's Road; from said point of begin-
ning running along land of Suffolk County and along land of David
Mudd, North 41 degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds West 153..17 feet to
a an iron pipe; THENCE along land formerly of Beatrice Hodgins,
two courses (1) North 48 degrees 45 minutes 36 seconds East 150.0
W feet to an iron pipe; (2) South 41 degrees 14 minutes 30 seconds
Q East 150.0 feet to an iron pipe on said northerly line of Middle
Road; THENCE southwesterly along said northerly line on a curve
to the right, having a radius of 2864.79 feet, a. distance of 150.05
feet to the point of BEGINNING.

of County Road 27 as shown on Taking Map No. 156 filed in the
Suffolk County Clerk's Office under Index #141464 (Middle Road,

RESERVING to THOMAS MORRIS , the party of .the first part herein,
the use and occupancy of said premises for and during the term of
his natural life.

DESIGNATIoNT 6 288 of Deeds at page 235.
Aut. TOGETHER with all..right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first partin and to any streets and

eration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
