of Plot No. 46 (being 80' wide by 125' deep) on a certain map
entitled, --"Map of Goose--Bay Estates" in the Town 'ofSouthold,,_-
Suffolk County, New York, said map being made by Lewis N. Waters, '
L.S. , of Oyster Bay, Long island, New York, dated September 12,
V 1934 and filed in the office of the Clerk of the County of Suffolk

TOGETHER with all of the right, title and interest ofthe party of
the first part to the use, in common with others, of the beach area
fronting on Goose Bay, subject to such reasonable rules and
regulations as may be from time to time be imposed by Oliver Bros. ,
or their successors.
Being the same premises conveyed to the parties of the first part
by Ellen Menzer by deed dated September 18, 1965 and recorded in
the Office of the Clerk of Suffolk County on September 21, 1965
in Liber 5525, Page 174. '

TOGETHER with all-right, tide andinterest, if any, of the party of the fust part in and toany streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof; TOGETHER with the appurtenances and
all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the
premises herein granted unto the party of the.second part, the heirs or successor and assigns of the parry of the
second part forever.
AND.the.party of the first put covenants that the partyof the,first parthas not done orsuffered anything whereby
the said premises have been encumbered in any way whatever,except as aforesaid
AND the partyof the first part,in compliance with Section.13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the patty of the first
part will receive the consideration forthis convcyance.and will hold the right w receive such consideration as a
trust fund to be applied fire for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply the same=z my
the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
