on March 16, 1946 as Map No. 1472, as and by all of Lot 9 and pa=t of
Lot 8, Block 5, which lot and part of lot when taken together are
bounded and described as follows:
BEGINNING at a point on the northerly side of Hippodrome Drive distant
88 feet easterly from the corner formed by the intersection of the
northerly side of Hippodrome Drive and the easterly side of Rogers
Road; -
running thence along the division line of Lots 9 and 10 as shown
on said map North 29 degrees 39 minutes 70 seconds West 161.00 feet;
thence along the southerly side of Lot 11 and partly along the
southerly line of Lot 6, North 60 degrees 20 minutes 40 seconds East
85 feet;
thence through Lot 8, South 29 degrees 39 minutes 20 seconds East

TOGETHER with all right, title and interest, if any, of the party of the first part in and to any streets and
roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever.
The grantee herein, Jeanne P. Pinto, herebelow affixes her signature
to this instrument evidencing her agreement to assume and pay the
existing first mortgage on the premises described herein which was
made to thg:Southold Savings• Bank by Robert A. Taylor, Jr. and Jeanne
A. Taylor, his wife, the grantors herein, dated September 12, 1969,
and recorded September 22, 1969 in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office
in Liber 5690 at page 456, on which the present remaining principal
balance is $14,762.44, with interest paid to May 12, 1981.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been incumbered in any way whatever, ekeept as aforesaid
AND the party of the first part, in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien'Law, covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
eration as a trust fund to be applied fust for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose.
The word "party" shall be construed as if it read "parties" whenever the sense of this indenture so requires.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF,the party of the first part has duly executed this deed the day and year first above
written.
