LAST WILL AND TESTAMENT
I. PATRICK J. REILLY, residing at Southold, in the Town of
Southold, in the County of Suffolk and State of New York, being
of sound mind and memory, do make, publish and declare this my
last WILL AND TESTAMENT, in manner following, that is to say«
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts be paid as soon
as convenient.
SECOND: I give, devise and bequeath to my wife LILLIAN
M. REILLY my one-fifth interest in my real property situated on
the easterly side of Youngs Avenue, Southold, in the Town of
Southold, Suffolk County, New York, absolutely and forever, if
she survives me, and if she does not survive me, then to my issue
in equal shares , per stirpes.
TII ALL the rest, residae and remainder of my estate
and property, both real and personal, and mixed, of whatever
nature and Vhereyer situate, I give, devise and bequeath to my
