in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 9, 1965 in Liber 5777
page 337, and by deed from Frank W. Abrams dated June 30, 1969 and
recorded in the Suffolk County Clerk's Office on July 11, 1969 in
Liber 6583 page 16.
Reserving, however, a legal life estate in the above=described premises,
with the buildings and improvements thereon erected, in and to the
party of the first part, Gladys M. Mott, the -.surviving spouse of
Stanton Mott.
