a roads abutting the above described premises to the center lines thereof,
TOGETHER with the appurtenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to
said premises,
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part, the heirs or
successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever. E
This conveyance is subject to a first mortgage (Liber 7083 mp 187)
held by The Federal Land Bank of Springfield in the amount of
$115,000.00 now reduced to $94,250.00 plust interest at 10.5%, from.
1981,a-Ad the party of the second part hereby assumes
d agrees to pay the unpaid balance of the principal sum of said
mortgage and interest and does 'hereby'indemnify the party of the first
part from any claim for same. The party of the second part has
executed and acknowledged this instrument for the sole purpose_ of

This conveyance is subject to a purchase money second mortgage

the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such consid-
oration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will apply
the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvemenf before using any part of the total of the same for
any other purpose
