WITNESSETH, that the in considerati l of Ten Dollars and other valuable con-
sideration paid by the partikf the second part,does hereby grant and release unto the party of the second
part,the heirs or successors and assigns of the party of the second part forever,
ALL that certain plot, piece or parcel of land, with the buildings and improvements thereon erected,situ-
ate,
ituate, lying and being in the Town of Southold, County of Suffolk and State of
New York, bounded and described as follows:,
BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly side of Leeton Drive
distant 1646.92 feet Southwesterly measured along the Southeasterly
side of Keeton Drive from the corner formed by the intersection of
the Southeasterly side of Leeton Drive with the Southwesterly side
of Kenneyts Road;
RUNNING THENCE South 1+4 degrees 24 minutes 30 seconds East, 200,00
feet to the Northwesterly side of Central Drive;

Northwesterly side of Central Drive, 100.00 feet;

the Southeasterly side of Leeton Drivel 100.00 feet to the point or
place of BEGINNING.
Said parcel being designated as lots 42, 43, 93, 92 as shown on "Map
of West Southold on Sound, Plots No. 1-234, Town of Southold, Suffolk
f County, N. Yui Wm. D. Miller P.E. 7$$5."
BEING THE SAME PREMISES conveyed to the party of the first part
herein by Deed dated March 2$9, 1466 by Robert Be Paul and Helen C.
Paul, and recorded in the office of the Clerk of Suffolk County
on March 301, 1966 under Liber 5933 Page 45 and Page 46.

TOGETHER with all right, title andinterest, if any, of the party of the first part of,in and to:any streets
and roads abutting the above-described premises to the center lines:thereof; TOGETHER-with the appur-
tenances and all the estate and rights of the party of the first part in and to said premises; TO HAVE AND
TO HOLD the premises herein granted unto the party of the second part,the heirs or successors and assigns
of the party of the second-part forever.
AND the party of the first part covenants that the party of the first part has not done or suffered anything
whereby the said premises have been encumbered in any whatever,except as aforesaid.
AND the party of the first part,in compliance with Section 13 of the Lien Law,covenants that the party of
the first part will receive the consideration for this conveyance and will hold the right to receive such icon

sideration as a trust fund to be applied first for the purpose of paying the cost of the improvement and will
apply the same first to the payment of the cost of the improvement before using any part of the total of the
same for any other purpose.
